Name

Patricia Fisher was born in Illinois, then moved to Shelby, NC in 1986 with her parents.  She graduated from Western Carolina University with a BS Degree in Recreational Therapy.  Patricia worked in a psychiatric hospital and a retirement community in Asheville, NC.

Patricia moved to the upstate of South Carolina in December 2003.  She decided to pursue Real Estate due to her love of helping others and helping people find homes that fit their needs so they do not go over their budget. 

Patricia received her Pre and Post Licensing in Real Estate at Spartanburg Technical College.  In 2005 Patricia obtained her Accredited Buyer's Representative and GRI certification in 2006.  In 2007 she received the Accredited Seller's Representative certification.   Patricia received the CRS certification(Certified Residential Specialist) in which you have to have sold over 25 residential homes and pass several classes.   Patricia has the knowledge and skill to either help you purchase your home or sell your home!
